KADI

Ingredients:

1) Curd- 2 cup large
2) Gram flour - 1 small bowl
3) Potatos -2
4)  Fenugreek (Methi )seeds- 1/2 spoon
5) Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
6) Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
7)Dry red chillies  - 2-3
8) Turmric powder - 1 spoon
9) Red chilly powder - 1 spoon
10) Salt - 2 spoon
11) Corinder powder - 2 spoon
11) Water - 5 Cup large
12) Chatt masala - 1 spoon
13) coriander seeds - 1 spoon
14)Asafoetida - pinch
15) Oil - 2 table spoon
Prepration:
Blend the curd(Khati dahi) in water and add Gram Flour (Basan), tumric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, mix it well. Keep it aside.

Add oil in the big pan heat it until it gets hot. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seed, coriander seeds,pinch  of Asafoetida, Dry red chillies and let them pop.
Add the chopped potatos. Now add the kadi mixture. Keep stirring the curry, as it will start sticking to the bottom. Keep it on a medium flame first, and let it come to a boil. After 3-5 boils, lower down the flame  and let it cook on low flame for 20 minutes and stir in between.

Add the chat masala and Garnish it with coriander leaves.
