Imlana(Tamrine juice)

Ingredients:

1) Tamarind :50 Gram
2) Jaggery : 50 Gram
3) ICE
4) Water
Soak the tamarind in water for 2-3 hours, mash it and filter out the roughage. Take a pan , add some water and jaggery in it and boil it so that the jaggery gets dissolved properly . Let it cool down. Now, put the tamarind juice in this pan, and put some ice to it. You may need to add some water to make the consistency similar to a Sherbet. Imlana is ready to cool you off on a hot summer day.

3) Ghee r butter

Mash the chapatis and add sugar and ghee. Churi is ready..
